Please read this before sending your return.

    Used products cannot be returned. If you have any questions, please contact us by email or phone first.

    Never use the product packaging as a shipping box; always use a separate box.

    Make sure there is protection so that the product is not damaged during transport.

    Seal the box properly with sturdy tape (no adhesive tape).

    Clearly state the return address and your sender address on the box.

    Paintballs and paintball grenades cannot be returned.

    Returns are at your own expense and risk. Always ship insured.

    Returns must be registered within 14 days after purchase.
