Shipping & Delivery

If the products you order are in stock and ordered before 15:00, you can expect it to be in transit the same or the next work day.

All international orders are dispatched with our shipping partner DPD. The exact time of delivery depends on the location and type of your order. After dispatch, you will receive a Track & Trace code via e-mail which allows you to track your shipment.

DPD offers a parcel twice at the specified delivery address, on working days between 09:00 and 21:30.
If you are not at home after the first delivery attempt, the parcel can be collected from the post office indicated on the Track & Trace page.

If a product is not in stock, we can quickly order it for you from our wholesaler. The delivery time is then usually between 3 and 5 working days. Please allow for a possible one to two day delay due to delivery services.
