Shipping & Delivery

If the products you order are in stock and ordered before 15:00 CET, you can expect it to be shipped the same or the next working day.

All international orders are dispatched with DPD. The exact time of delivery depends on your country and type of your order. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking code via e-mail which allows you to track your shipment.

DPD offers a parcel twice at the specified delivery address, on working days between 09:00 and 21:30.
If you are not at home after the first delivery attempt, the parcel can be collected from the post office indicated on the tracking page.

If a product is not in stock, we can quickly order it for you from our wholesaler. Your order will usually be shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands within 3 to 5 working days. Please allow for a possible one to two day delay due to delivery services.

Note: When ordering multiple products with a mixed delivery time indication, the longest delivery time indication applies. The current shipping rate to your country can be viewed on the check-out page.
